After graduating in with a BA degree in Business Marketing at UNLV, I took several sales positions in the area of internet marketing and direct sales marketing. My previous sales experiences in these fields led me to pursue a career in real estate in Las Vegas. I’ve always been a go-getter and very entrepreneurial since I was young. Over the years I’ve gained experience in the areas of sales, customer service, and marketing....all skills that I use when working for my clients. 

When I work with my sellers, my job is to make their home presentable so I can sell it fast. I am honest about how we can get the best price for their homes based on the comparable homes. My job is to market it and present it at its best so we can sell it in an efficient manner. We advertise and market our client's listing through targeted websites and magazines. When we do an open house, we door knocked and invite neighbors over to help us find buyers for our listings. Our call center will call surrounding neighborhood as well as top brokers around the area. We market our client's listing with the Just Listed postcards as well as throughout social media to create buzz for the client.

I thoroughly enjoy working with my buyers. It is very exciting and fulfilling for me when I help my clients purchase their dream home. Before helping my buyers locate their dream home, I make sure that when I plan the viewing appointments, it is done in a timely and efficient manner so I’m not wasting my buyers any precious time. At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties, we work with our preferred lender that can help our buyers get qualified for a loan. It is important for me that my buyers have a great and professional working experience with me. I pride myself in taking good care of my buyers and help them with the purchase of their dream home.

Besides working with clients, I'm constantly looking to recruit agents with a desire to work smarter and convert the organic leads we generate on our www.greatlasvegashomes.com website. Our team enjoys a significant amount of organic buyer/seller leads between 10-60 leads per day. Our highly sophisticated call center helps our agent qualify those leads and live to transfer it to agents on our team.

I'm constantly training new agents on my team how to get a listing appointment or buyer broker agreement by demonstrating the value and high level of service that we provide. We have a dynamic team of an experienced agent and we have created a culture where new agents can learn by shadowing an experienced agent on the team. This will help cut the sales process by half and help the new agents avoid pitfalls while demonstrating a high level of service to our clients.
