Club Renaissance is
located in downtown Las Vegas
on the corner of Casino Center Boulevard and Bonneville Street
just minutes from I-95 freeway access, McCarran international
airport, world class shopping, golfing and dining.
Club Renaissance residences will start on the 15th floor
with offer great views of the city, the mountains and the
glittering Strip. The first floor will
be strictly retail space and the top floor of the building will
house a 15,000 square foot country club and fitness center. One
of the shops featured will be a food and wine shop by celebrity
chef Charlie Palmer. The market will feature fresh meats,
cheeses, seafood, fruits and other gourmet grocery items
including prepared meals.
The tower will offer studios, one and two bedroom units and
penthouses ranging from 650 square feet to more than 4000 square
feet and priced from the mid $400,000's to over $1,000,000.
