Solera is just opening in the spring of 2003 and is priced from the $200,000 mark. It is situated close to Sun City Anthem's Revere Golf Club, which includes two public golf courses that are beautifully integrated into the canyon lands of the desert at the foothills of Henderson's Black Mountains. Sun City Anthem has two championship courses - Lexington & Concord - both over 7000 yards - with 5 tee positions for golfers of all abilities. Aliante will be the smallest of the Las Vegas Sun City offerings with just about 2,000 homes total.
