Solera - request more retirement info an affordable age-restricted community by Del Webb high up in Henderson's Black Mountains overlooking the entire Las Vegas Valley in the gorgeous master planned community of Anthem. Solera opened in the spring of 2003. It is situated close to Sun City Anthem's Revere Golf Club, which includes two public golf courses that are beautifully integrated into the canyon lands of the desert at the foothills of Henderson's Black Mountains. Sun City Anthem has two championship courses - Lexington & Concord - both over 7000 yards - with 5 tee positions for golfers of all abilities. Solera will not have its own course - so the association dues are lower than Siena & lower than Sun City Anthem & projected to be only $40-60 per month.
