| Conveniently located near the Las Vegas Convention Center,
the proposed Las Vegas Central will be a mixed-use facility
offering 1,000 residential units as well as retail stores,
restaurants and office space. Las Vegas Central
will feature two 47 story towers on the site of the former Kona
Loha apartments. The project is being developed by Bruce
Langson, a 3rd generation Las Vegas builder. His father, Don,
built the Kona Loha back in 1962, a landmark property at the
time.
