Las Vegas Real Estate Statistics
Below are detailed closing statistics for the Las Vegas Valley
on a monthly basis from 2005 through 2009.
As a brief
comparison, in December 2005 the Median list price was $369k. In December 2006
the Median list price was $349k. In December 2007 the Median list price was
$299k. In December 2008 the Median list price dropped a ton to $189k. And as of
November 2009 the median list price was $150k. The last few months of 2009
actually showed prices increasing again slightly. from earlier in the year.
