| The exciting new MGM Project City Center is here! The
sales center finally opened to the general public in late January of 2007.
As preferred agents for the CityCenter, we have all the
information on the Vdara condo hotel suites, Veer Residential
Towers and Mandarin Oriental, and will be happy to email details
on floor plans and estimated pricing upon request. This amazing mixed-use development will be composed of a “skyline” of two small boutique hotels, one 4,000-room hotel and casino, a condo-hotel tower, two towers of residential units, and 500,000 square feet of high-end retail, dining, and entertainment space. The total number of buildings will be between 40 and 50, with the tallest buildings 60 stories. Construction has already begun and completion is expected by November 2009. The MGM CityCenter offers three distinct luxury residential condo projects and a condo hotel tower.
The Mandarin Oriental, with only 225 luxury residences, is already reserved out, but please check with us for availability on fallouts. The 700 Veer residential condos are also almost completely reserved out but still have some availability. In Vdara, about half of the 1500 condo hotel units have been sold, but a great selection still remains. The Harmon Hotel and Residences will not go on sale until late in the summer of 2007, and, as they also only have 225 luxury residences, are expected to sell out within days.
