Construction has already begun on the Palazzo Hotel and Casino, Sands Corporations new $1.8 billion dollar world-class luxury hotel, casino and resort. With an ambience reminiscent of upscale California settings such as Beverly Hills, Bel-Air and Rodeo Drive, the Palazzo will include an all-suites 50-floor hotel tower with 3,000 luxury rooms, 375 suites, plus six villas with up to 11,000 square feet each.

Included in the project will be a 632-foot high-rise tower near the Strip entrance. The condo tower will sit atop a 90,000 square-foot building that will house Barneys, a New York-based high-end men's and women's apparel store that will be part of the Palazzo's retail development.
