academic programs in the Las Vegas Valley.
Over 64,000 homes and 200,000 people will be contained within
Summlerlin's borders at complete build-out in approximately 2020, and it has numerous public and private golf courses and retirement communities as well as family-oriented neighborhoods.
Prices here range between $280,000 to over $5,000,000 in the custom home
developments, and there are both brand new and resale homes and condos available.
