Originally from Singapore, I moved to the United States when I was 21 years old to San Diego, California with my husband. We have two wonderful kids together. We've been a resident of Las Vegas for over 12 years. I feel very blessed to have been given the opportunity to work and help my real estate clients as well as providing qualified organic leads for the real estate agents on our team.
After graduating in with a BA degree in Business Marketing at UNLV, I took several sales positions in the area of internet marketing, social media marketing, and direct sales marketing. My previous sales experiences in these fields led me to pursue a real estate career in Las Vegas. I’ve always been a go-getter and very entrepreneurial since I was 12 years old. Over the years I’ve gained experience in the areas of sales, customer service, and marketing....all the valuable skills set that I use when working for my clients.
When I work with my sellers, my job is to make their home presentable so I can sell it fast with ease and stress-free. I am honest about how we can get the best price for their homes based on the comparable homes. My job is to market it and present it at its best so we can sell it in an efficient manner. We advertise and market our client's listing through targeted websites and magazines.
When we do an open house, we door knocked and invite neighbors over to help us find buyers for our listings. Our call center will call surrounding neighborhood as well as top brokers around the area. We market our client's listing with the Just Listed postcards as well as throughout social media to create buzz for the client. My job for my sellers is to put the most amount of money in their pockets in the least amount of time.
Another unique value-added service that we provide for our sellers is the pre-marketing work that we do to prepare the listing before it goes live in the MLS. This is done by creating a “Coming Soon Listing” that will be launch to our database of over 2,000 BHHS Nevada Properties active buyer agents. l will personally reach out to each of the agents with buyers that matched our new “Coming Soon Listing” to create buzz even before the listing goes on the market. It is important to me that my buyers have a great and professional working experience with me. I pride myself on taking great care of my buyers and help them with the purchase of their dream home. I’m very efficient in helping my clients win multiple offer scenarios utilizing strong negotiating skills by simply communicating and thinking 10 steps ahead. Since l have a big team of strong realtors, my clients get the benefit of utilizing my team of showing agents which helps me prepare the comparable analysis ahead of time and start negotiating on behalf of my clients.
Besides working with clients, I'm constantly looking to recruit agents with a desire to work smarter and convert the organic leads we generate on our Great Las Vegas Homes website. Our team enjoys a significant amount of organic buyer/seller leads between 10-60 leads per day. Our highly sophisticated call center helps our agents qualify the leads and live to transfer it to the agents on our team.
I'm constantly training new agents on our team how to schedule and close listing appointments or sign a buyer broker agreement by demonstrating tremendous value, high level of service, resources and expertise that we provide. We have a dynamic team of experienced agents with a combined experience of over 30 years. We have created a team culture where new agents can learn by shadowing an experienced agent on the team. This will help cut the sales process by half and help new agents avoid pitfalls while demonstrating a high level of real estate service to our clients.
