Another Client Success Story with Great Las Vegas Homes Agent Natalie Bélanger

Posted by Ben Jones on Thursday, April 11th, 2019 at 5:03pm.

The last buyer I helped out was relocating to Las Vegas from the state of Washington. She was being relocated for work and needed a house in a 3-week timeframe! It is possible to close a deal that rapidly when working with a good lender and if the loan is easy to do, but this one ended up being quite a challenge. My client had two Huskies and required a big enough backyard to accommodate her puppies. She was finalizing her divorce and her financial situation was complex, so it was quite a challenge to get her the house. We put in a very reasonable offer on a house that had been on the market for 6 months but it was flatly rejected. Then came offer number 2, which was accepted, but the buyer changed her mind following the inspection. So back to square one. We made another offer on the first house she chose. Full price. The seller was not going to help out in any way. I managed to get the seller to let the buyer rent out the house before the closing of escrow, so she could have a roof over her head and have a space for her two dogs. There were many high-stress moments during this transaction, but there is always a solution to every problem. And now I have a thrilled client who is thankful for me helping her out during a very stressful moment of her life.
