First time Las Vegas home buyers dream come true!

The buyer was determined to find the home of her dreams at a price she could afford, not always an easy task, but with Tami Jacobson, a star agent on the Tonnesen Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, she was on the right path. Tami was able to identify the perfect home, but it was in probate, which can scare some people off because it can often take a long time to close. But the buyer had faith in Tami and felt that the home would be worth waiting for. The Las Vegas home was clean and airy, but in need of some TLC. Fortunately, she saw its potential and took the cost of repairs into consideration when placing an offer.

The home is a nice two-story on an oversized lot in the quiet master planned community of Mountains Edge in Las Vegas. It has 2 bedrooms and 2½ baths plus a beautiful loft upstairs. The washer and dryer area also upstairs which is very convenient. A large living room, kitchen and dining area are located downstairs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances which were included in the sale, and there is a pantry as well as room for a table in the kitchen.

There is a sliding door opening out to the large back yard with a covered patio and plenty of room for outside entertaining.

Despite a delay caused by the probate court, the buyer was able to move into her new home in just over 2 months. And because Tami knew the market and did a great job of helping the determine how low an offer the court was likely to accept, she had $42,000.00 in equity as soon as she accepted the keys!
