Approximately a year ago, he listed this 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, 2 story home near Rainbow and Lake Mead in Las Vegas as a short sale for his seller. The home was nice, with a gas fireplace, a 2-car garage, a well-landscaped yard with a patio. Ceiling fans, blinds, gas stove, washer, dryer, disposal, and microwave were included with the home.
