Evidently the $70M price tag on Wayne Newton's former residence, Casa de Shenandoah, was not generating any offers - or any lookers either. Even with the F28 jet and private airplane terminal thrown in, no one was showing any interest in the property.
So the price was just slashed $22M, from $70M all the way down to $48M, a 31% reduction! The 40 acre ranch includes the main mansion of 11.192 square feet, plus seven adjacent homes totaling over 27,000 additional square feet, plus a 57 stall equestrian center with separate tack rooms and offices, zoo, car museum, gaming room and much more.
