Price Slashed on Wayne Newton's Home!
Evidently the $70M price tag on Wayne Newton's former residence, Casa de Shenandoah, was not generating any offers - or any lookers either. Even with the F28 jet and private airplane terminal thrown in, no one was showing any interest in the property.
So the price was just slashed $22M, from $70M all the way down to $48M, a 31% reduction! The 40 acre ranch includes the main mansion of 11.192 square feet, plus seven adjacent homes totaling over 27,000 additional square feet, plus a 57 stall equestrian center with separate tack rooms and offices, zoo, car museum, gaming room and much more.
So gather your friends and family around at the Thanksgiving table this year, and get everyone to chip in on this amazing property in the heart of historic Las Vegas.
