LAS VEGAS, HENDERSON AND BOULDER CITY OFFICES

The city of Las Vegas was born on May 15, 1905 in a marathon Las Vegas land auction which lasted two days and sold 2,300 lots for a total price of $265,000.Within one week a huge tent city came to life on the desert floor. Housed within these tents were a post office, a saloon and gambling hall, hotels and a bank.

Since then the Las Vegas Valley has prospered under the wise leadership of our local governments and is the fastest growing metropolitan area in the United States today. Business and industry are relocating from across the country because the overall business climate is one of the best in the nation. Key factors to this economic growth include: no state income tax, no corporate income tax, and a moderate cost of living. Add to that a young, highly skilled and well-educated work force and fantastic weather and you have a place where the American Dream can still come true!

Below are links to the official web sites of the Valley's four cities of Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City and North Las Vegas, as well as Clark County and the State of Nevada. Make sure to check out the Las Vegas Development update for the latest Las Vegas new home construction taking place in the Valley!
