Dear Arlys,
I wanted express our gratitude and total satisfaction with Vito LaMorte during the process of
the sale of my brother’s home in Henderson. This was a particularly difficult time for our family
since my brother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and pneumonia in mid May/2021
and passed away 3 weeks later. His wife was wheelchair bound so in addition to dealing with
my brother’s hospitalization and hospice care, we needed to find assisted living for my sisterin-
law. Against this backdrop, we needed to sell the house quickly since the proceeds would
be needed for my sister-in-law’s subsequent care.
Both my sister and I live on the east coast and it was imperative that we find a realtor we could
trust and be able to handle all the details necessary to sell my brother’s house quickly without
us being in the area. Fortunately, we found Vito through a friend of a friend and he was able to
quickly get the house on the market and generate multiple offers. The sheer volume of
documents needed to be reviewed and signed was daunting to say the least, however, Vito
explained each one in detail and through e-signing, we were able to efficiently get through the
process. He was also extremely helpful in getting key documents signed, witnessed, and
notarized (powers of attorney, etc.) which helped us tremendously.
It took roughly two months from when we first met him until we closed which to me, is pretty
incredible. He is a true professional and we are thankful to have had him on our side. I would
recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Las Vegas
area.
