Who says you have to be IN Las Vegas to SELL Las Vegas? Not our agents, that's for sure.
Our agents keep a weekly "diary" of general activities, just to keep them focused on what they are actually doing each day. Nothing formal, just a random list of "stuff" they have done during the week, including pesonal time. And it's fun to see just how busy they actually are, even when they are "out of town."
A perfect example is Katrina Johnson, one of our most energetic and enthusiastic team agents. She had to go to Louisiana for ten days on family business. Not only did she write offers and get contracts accepted long distance, she lined up tons of clients back to back for after she got home. Here's Katina's actual activity diary for just this past week:
"Was out of town on family business and wrote an offer on a home in Yellowstone at Mountains Edge for a client I only met a week ago. Got it accepted in 2 days! It's great to be back home in Las Vegas to help more families obtain the dream of home ownership.
The weather in Las Vegas is heating up and so are the Homes Sales! Buyers are out here getting Amazing Deals, but inventory is sure shrinking fast.
Wrote offers in Summerlin, Desert Willows, Southwest, Cactus Hill Manor, Warms Springs Torrey Pines, Pinnacle Peaks, Villa Fiore, Robindale Lindell, Quartersprings, Story Book Cove, Blue Diamond Ranches, Chaco Canyon at Mountains Edge, Storyland, Fort Apache Cactus, Bella Terra at Southern Highlands, Pinecrest, San Gabriel at Mountains Edge, Windmill Decatur,
Received a short sale approval in just 6 weeks although it changed lenders during that timeframe, on a Beautiful Home 2773 sq ft 4 bedrooms, 3 car garage with pool and spa for $175k. My client is Ecstatic!!!!
Ate at Cheesecake Factory in Summerlin with the Family! Scrumptious cheesecake. Nothing like sharing a piece of Fabulous cheesecake with my Grandson!
Received 4 referrals of investors paying Cash!
Wrote offers in Anthem, Henderson and Summerlin.
Showed properties in Eaglecrest townhomes, Henderson, Seven Hills Town Homes, Big Horn at Black Mountain Condos and Silver Springs Subdivision.
Client moved here from Ohio needed a short term rental only till they close on a home. Was able to refer them to another Realtor here in the office who has short sale that wanted a short term tenant for a few months until their short sale closes escrow. Thinking outside of the box paid off and we were able to meet both clients needs and they are all very happy!
