Marcell Appelgren a member of the #1 Team Tonnesen Team at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Nevada Properties has closed on another Beautiful Henderson Home in the desirable Seven Hills Community nestled in South of Las Vegas.

The process started a year ago when Graham and Laura moved to Las Vegas from North Carolina looking for a rental property. Marcell showed them all options all over Las Vegas, and they finally settled on a property in the Seven Hills Community. Marcell stayed in touch with his clients throughout the year to give them updates on the market in Las Vegas, so when the time came to start viewing homes to purchase, they were confident that Marcell, with his knowledge regarding all aspects of Las Vegas real estate, was more than qualified to help them find a home. Marcell shared information regarding possible future resale value as well as upcoming projects in the area. Finally, in December, after months of viewing homes, data, zip codes, and family opinions, they felt comfortable making an offer on a beautiful home. Within a very short period of time Marcell was able to call and say, “We Got a Deal!!!”

Their beautiful new 1,879 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2½ baths and an attached 2-car garage. It sits on a lovely corner lot in the gated Seven Hills community. Graham and Laura just loved the Seven Hills Community with all the walking trails that lead to parks (including a dog park), green trees everywhere, close to the hospital, shopping, Green Valley Ranch, mountain biking, hiking and unlimited places to explore on dog walks. And, to top it off, Seven Hills schools are rated among the top school districts in Nevada.
