Approximately a year ago, he listed this 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, 2 story home near Rainbow and Lake Mead in Las Vegas as a short sale for his seller. The home was nice, with a gas fireplace, a 2-car garage, a well-landscaped yard with a patio. Ceiling fans, blinds, gas stove, washer, dryer, disposal, and microwave were included with the home.

Joe communicated with the bank and was able to determine that they were prepared to accept less than market value for the property. Shortly after listing, Joe began working with a buyer looking for an investment property. He showed the property to the buyer and pointed out that it was in a nice area and had no homeowner’s insurance. The buyer promptly wrote an offer and the bank accepted!
