Twenty years ago the Ray family had an incredible opportunity to leave Las Vegas and move to Southern California. But, after nearly two decades away, the pull of aging parents, children and even grandchildren grew strong enough for the Rays to reconsider a move back.

After deducing some very important aspects of their retirement dreams, it was time for Roxanne to initiate the search. Swimming pools and a single story floor plan was paramount, so touring resale homes with completed pools started the process. After exhausting those options and not finding a good fit, Roxanne turned to a specialized new home program and helped the Rays 'build' their dream home. Not all Realtors have access to this technology, but it saved the day for the Ray family. Roxanne was able to narrow down the perfect home according to the desired square footage, price point and amenities at Nova Ridge at the Cliffs Village in Summerlin.

Finally, construction was complete, and just in time for the holidays too. The house stood absolutely gorgeous with a pool slated to break ground in time for summer. Roxanne was able to negotiate and coordinate contracts and pertinent walkthroughs. All parties worked hand-in-hand to overcome even the smallest of obstacles. In the end, just like a fairytale, everyone lived happily ever after.
