Coyote Springs’ water supply comes from a substantial aquifer, and this underground lake will be responsibly managed for the lush, thriving Coyote Springs community. This development will be roughly twice the size of Summerlin, and approximately 10,000 homes will be built on the first 3,000 acres among 5 distinct neighborhoods.
