I had the pleasure of meeting Lamberto Valdez and his Wife on short notice as they pulled into Las Vegas with no knowledge of the Las Vegas Market. They told me that the last Realtor they met didn't show them any other areas but the Strip. I had them get into my car and off we went to view all of Las Vegas has to offer. We drove through some of the most desirable communities as in Aliante, Providence, Summerlin, Golden Knights Arena, Rhodes Ranch, Southern Highlands, Mountains Edge, Lake Las Vegas, Green Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills, and Macdonalds Ranch. They loved the fact they saw new locations that they never heard about. I always show my client's the value of my services to go beyond what they expect from a Professional Las Vegas Realtor.

After looking at several condos I found them a hidden gem 5 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip . An updated Las Vegas Condo with everything included !! New Art Work, Furniture, and TVs.

I explained to Lamberto the value of the location of the Condo with all the future projects coming to Las Vegas in the next couple years especially the Las Vegas Raiders in 2020. All this factors should improve the Value of the Las Vegas Market. My clients loved the fact when they came from California they would have an Incredible upgraded Condo just 5 Minutes from the Famous Las Vegas Strip ..

We got the seller to agree to some terms for my buyer. Closed a Cash Deal in 2 weeks!!

I also had to show my client what a Professional Realtor should do for their clients. Lamberto was nervous about the wiring of the funds at closing (he had never wired that much money in his life). I told him I would go to the Title company and call him on my phone and have the manager handle the transaction while i was there in the office. We got it done!

My clients couldn't thank me enough for always been there through the whole process. I told them it's all in a days work ..
