This is not our first experience in using the exceptional skills of Christine Durno in selling property. Back in 2001 we listed a 2 1/2 acre parcel of land in the Cold Creek Canyon region located high up in the Spring Mountains, which is presently a very exclusive and small settlement. At that time we listed the property @ $65,000, which was more than twice the amount anyone had sold this size of acreage in this area before; we sold the land for the listed price without any prior negotiating. Chris Durno's dedication and skills were a huge factor in the sale of this land. This land is located 65 miles outside of Las Vegas, but without hesitation Chris accepted the task of listing and selling this remote property.
